Upon moving into your new home you will be provided with an EPC certificate, Gas Safety Certificate, Electrical Installation Certificate & Fire Safety Certificate. All of our properties meet the Fire Safety & Carbon Monoxide regulations, as set out by the law.

FINANCIAL SECURITY

It is our legal obligation to protect your deposit. Within 30 days, it will be placed into one of three government backed schemes and prescribed information relating to the deposit will be shared with you.

RIGHT TO RENT CHECKS

The Right to Rent scheme requires landlords to check that all tenants who occupy their properties have legal status to live in the UK. This means that before you can rent one of our homes, we must undertake passport and immigration checks prior to letting out the property.

GDPR COMPLIANT

GDPR is a new set of rules designed to give you more control over your personal data. It came into effect on the 25 May 2018.

Under the new rules, we are classified as data controllers, who need to process and control your information in a transparent fashion. We will provide you with a privacy policy outlining what personal information is being collected, where it is being stored and how long it will be stored for.
